Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Whitsunday Trips Publisher (“the app”), a private tool operated by Whitsunday Trips (whitsundaytrips.com).
Who may use the app
The app is for internal use by Whitsunday Trips only, with TikTok accounts that Whitsunday Trips owns. It offers no public sign-up, and no one else is permitted to use it.
What the app does
The app uploads photo posts prepared by Whitsunday Trips to its own TikTok accounts as drafts through TikTok's Content Posting API. The account owner reviews, edits and publishes each post in the TikTok app and is responsible for what is published.
TikTok's terms
Use of TikTok through the app is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer terms. Content posted must follow them.
Content
Whitsunday Trips owns or is licensed to use all content it uploads through the app. Some posts link to whitsundaytrips.com, which earns affiliate commission from GetYourGuide bookings; posts disclose this as TikTok's rules require.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Whitsunday Trips is not liable for losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
